Yeah reads better, what about white(under) / blue(sea)? BTW I read it at first so it works IMO either way.

The logo vet has all the good ideas... :) Yea, I like the %22under%22 white and the %22sea%22 blue. Makes more sense that way and overall makes it easier on the eyes.

If you move the dot to the right a bit you'll complete the balance with the type getting the dot of the 'i' letter on the spot... Nice concept buddy!
